On this 4 hour Hanoi Food Trails experience, you will explore the Hanoian gastronomy culture through 15 dishes and the history behind every bite. Exploring the Old-quarter of Hanoi with your local foodie expert guide, stop by the famous and typical Bun Cha for starter, a combination of fresh vegetables with fresh rice noodles, BBQ pork slices and unique fish sauce that served only for this dish. Wander along, taste the Xoi Xeo – locally known as steam sticky rice with ground green bean and coconut milk. Pho Bat Dan is the next stop which is a must stop address in Hanoi, chew that fatty meat slices , drink the broth that had been cooked for 12 hours consecutively and the light spices of onion slices in the broth. Your food trails in Hanoi will be more meaningful with stop at the famous Egg coffee and Banh troi Nuoc, kind of sweet dumplings then end the night with ice cold fresh beer.
